7. Arrangements related to staff

(1) The committee will have the required number of staff.
(2) Provisions regarding the appointment, remuneration, facilities and service conditions of the employees as per sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (2), until the required number of employees are appointed to the committee, the committee may employ the employees of the Government of Nepal with the approval of the Ministry.
(4) Provisions related to the service, conditions and facilities of the employees assigned in accordance with sub-section (3) shall be in accordance with the law related to their service conditions and the committee may provide additional facilities to such employees from their own resources.
(5) The committee may appoint employees through open competition as determined from its own resources without incurring any additional financial liability to the Government of Nepal.
(6) The work, duties and rights of the employees of the committee shall be as prescribed.
